Job Description

Job Role :

  1. Organize thorough market research and competitive analysis to obtain insights on market trends, consumer behavior as well as competitive landscape to identify chances or rooms for product development and improvement.
  2. Manage company’s product portfolio by developing clear product road map in each product category, identifying products to develop, to rejuvenate, to relaunch, to repackage, to improve and to discontinue in each category and then allocating adequate resources to ensure its successful execution.
  3. Formulate comprehensive GTM (Go-to-market) strategies by following 7P Marketing Mix framework : Products, Pricing, Place (Channels), Promotion, People, Processes and Physical Evidences.
  4. Support sales enablement by developing product collaterals such as product catalogues, product presentation materials, product training materials, product apps, etc. aimed to increase product awareness and improve sales conversion.
  5. Conduct regular performance analysis to assess the performance of each product in terms of revenue, profitability, market share and growth potentials as well as the results of each product marketing campaign.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure that products are successfully launched to the market, fulfill customers’ expectations and contribute well to company’s top line and bottom line.
  7. Provide effective leadership and direction to Product Marketing team through coaching and mentoring to ensure that the team’s goals are aligned with overall company strategy.

Requirements :

  1. Holding a minimum of bachelor degree in business or engineering majors.
  2. Minimum 5-year of product marketing experiences within FMCG, fashion and other consumer goods industries.
  3. A strategic and creative thinker capable to demonstrate strong business acumen, sharp analytical skills and solid communication skills.
  4. Minimum 5-year of experiences leading a team of specialists.
  5. Well conversant in English, both verbal and written.
