Key Responsibilities

• Bring out the best of the area's personnel, by providing coaching, development, and motivation
• Create a path for growth by analyzing information from our current user base and user surveys.
• Examine market trends and customer motivations, and organize regular meetings with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
• Analayze market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities and expansion
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

Key Requirements:

• Can manage time well and meet deadlines
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a City Launcher/City Manager/ a similar role for helping a business expand its product offerings
• Willing to commute to this area (Sumatera)
• Individual with solid organization skills and able to come up with creative solutions
• Ability to coordinate projects across multiple roles within the company
