Job Description
s
  • Lead cross-product area efforts like business planning and cross-functional coordination with Product, Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM) and other functions
  • Make partnerships with potential external business partners
  • Use internal and external data to derive insights that will manage business decisions, including using data to manage the internal budgeting and budget optimization
  • Provide business plan & strategy (e.g. operational excellence, employee resolution, etc.)
  • Drive operational logistics for the business including, optimizing resource allocation, measuring progress against business goals, facilitating weekly business management meetings, and creating business updates/reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices across sales teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Proven experience as a Business Operations or similar executive role with more than 5 years of solid business operations experience
