Head Of Expansion & Community Development (Social Commerce)

One of our client, a social commerce company is looking for a Head of Expansion.

This position is full-time based, headquartered in Bandung (the hybrid mode is open to candidates outside the Bandung area)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assess market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities and expansion
2. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
3. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
4. Bring out the best of the area's personnel, by providing coaching, development, and motivation
5. Analyze data from our existing user base and from our user surveys to create a roadmap for expansion
6. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy

Requirements:

• Proactive and self-sufficient - can come up with creative solutions only our own
• Ability to coordinate projects across multiple roles within the company
• Organized and can document your work and key learnings
• Have been in a similar role helping a business expand its product offerings for at least 4 years
• Can manage time well and meet deadlines
