Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Architecture degrees a plus

Maintain an updated knowledge of location accessibility and values

Minimum 2 years experiences in real estate type projects

Plus: experience in F&B industry.

Through knowledge of construction budgets, project accounting, scheduling

Good communication, persuasive and have strong negotiation skills.

A deep understanding of project management.

At least 3+ years of experience in business expansion, preferably finding retail location.

Site survey and doing analysis location for new & existing all stores.

Achieve the number of target stores expansion based on business target.

Monitoring and evaluating potential locations for opening new stores based on planning and strategy development including competitor data analysis.

Maintain relationship with any leasing mall, agent, and owner.

Have been in a similar role helping a business expand its product offerings for at least 4 years

Can manage time well and meet deadlines

Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

Organized and can document your work and key learnings

Ability to coordinate projects across multiple roles within the company

Proactive and self-sufficient - can come up with creative solutions only our own

Have a good knowledge of multi-finances and automotive industry

Have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing/Communications

Have a good communication skill and analytical thinking skill

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any major

Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspaces

Willing to work at Sunter - North Jakarta
