AIA Indonesia currently looking for Head of Technology Operations role with below responsibility :

• Leads the design, specification, configuration, installation and maintenance of local area network hardware, software and telecommunication services and internet service providers
• Optimize cost of organization-wide infrastructure and application services through an appropriate mix of internal and external resources
• Provide highest IT system availability, stability, and security in realizing undisrupted IT Operations in AIA Indonesia
• Responsible and accountable to build local Indonesia teams of IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure and IT Security experts supplemented with the best performing & best value service providers
• As Head of Technology Operations, will be responsible to ensure IT Operations maturity across AIA Indonesia include : Incident problem Change Configuration, Application, Infrastructure & End User Support, Application Administration, Maintenance & Monitoring, Infrastructure Administration, Maintenance & Monitoring, Application & Infrastructure Disaster Recovery, Information Security Compliance & Monitoring
• Define and own all IT Operations related KPIs, and ensure adherence to the same
• Managing IT Infrastructure resources, including drafting and executing its budget, developing its organizational structure
• Supervises, coordinates, and evaluates performance of internal resources; liaises with external training vendor and HR in enhancing team soft and hard skills; reviews individual potential and capability to ensure availability of competent human resources and increase divisional performance
• Owner of the Application and Database Administration process and procedure. Ensure periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) administration tasks are conducted with hard evidence.
• Owner of the Change Advisory Board, it’s Governance, Process, Meeting and Documentation. Accountable to safeguard the Production Environment from non-compliant Change
• Define and lead IT Operations strategy, including establishing clear plans, roadmaps, and funding approvals for AIA Indonesia in line with the Group & Regional IT Operations standards
• Manages IT infrastructure internal resources & 3rd party service delivery, in area of DC Operation & Production Controller, Server & Database
• Owner of Service Management area: Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required
• Owner of the Application and Database Administration process and procedure.

Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of ITSM, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, WAN/LAN Network, Firewall, WAF, IAM, SIEM, Office 365, Azure AD, Cisco, Cloud Telephony, Collaboration Suites
• Significant demonstrable experience working as a Head of IT Operations in a multi-national organization or leading management consultancy
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure Management, and IT Security
• Familiarity with IT Operations management, automation & monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, DevSecOps, FinOps, JIRA, Cloudability, Dynatrace
• Ability to identify innovation opportunities, define and deliver innovative ideas
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/Other related educations
