Global Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities

Global Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating projects across multiple regions and countries. It ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Responsibility include:

• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring that the project remains within budget.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing risk management plans and contingency plans.
• Project Evaluation: Evaluate project performance against established metrics and goals, and develop plans for improving future projects.
• Team Management: Lead, manage, develop project teams, including hiring and training team members, setting project goals and objectives, and monitoring team performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, team members, and other relevant parties. Ensure that stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and issues.
• Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans that outline project scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables. Ensure that project plans are communicated to all stakeholders and are updated regularly.
• Communication: Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience, including experience leading global projects.
• Global mindset and inclusive
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or project management.
• Experience working with diverse teams across different time zones and regions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably with Green or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma expertise
• Certified Project Manager in Prince/ PMP/ Agile/ Scrum, with strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with global business practices and cultures.
