Analyst - Global Trainee Program

*Various Roles Available, including :

• Supply Chain Analyst. Location : Batam
• Maintenance Analyst. Location : Cilegon
• Supply Chain Analyst. Location : Cilegon
• Operation Analyst. Location : Cilegon

The Global Trainee Program is designed to prepare future leader in Tenaris. It is a combination of classroom training, e-learning courses, job rotation, mentoring session, and practical on-the-job experience. This program also includes opportunity of international travel and networking.

During your time as a Global Trainee, you will:

• Observe core processes through on the job training, project assignments and training activities.
• Collaborate on critical projects execution.
• Maintain regular contact with other areas of the company and interact with different hierarchical levels in order to achieve the expected performance and results.
• Get involved in every aspect within the finishing line.
• Develop and manage a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area’s results.
• Learn about Tenaris strategy, systems and processes.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Analyze information and prepare different deliverables as reports and processes. Gain deep knowledge of the processes exposed to.

Requirements:

• Good team player, resilience, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, and always curious for improvement
• Fresh graduate with bachelor degree in Engineering, with no more than 3 of years Job Experience.
• Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
• Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint. etc.).
• Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment.
