We are looking for Bachelor, Master or MBA graduateswith an excellent academic record and outstanding analytical skills.

Fresh graduates and/or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.

Previous internships with strategy related tasks and experience in the international arena will be advantageous.

Considering our international project environment, excellent English skills and good command of a local language are prerequisites.

Mempertahankan SLA dalam keseluruhan proses rekrutmen (+/- 1 minggu dari proses end to end).

Mencari sourcing channel yang bervariasi untuk menjadi talent pool baru (contoh: sourcing platform baru, universitas, jaringan alumni, komunitas, dll).

Bekerja dengan seluruh tim HR dalam semua inisiatif terkait rekrutmen (contoh: acara Job Fair atau rekrutmen massal).

Melakukan analisa data terkait rekrutmen dan menghasilkan insights yang berdampak untuk meningkatkan performa rekrutmen di Growth Center.

Analyze information and prepare different deliverables as reports and processes. Gain deep knowledge of the processes exposed to.

Develop and manage a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area’s results.

Fresh graduate with bachelor degree in Engineering, with no more than 3 of years Job Experience.

Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation

Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint. etc.).
