About The Challenge
Currently, we are looking for a Freelance Recruiter - Mass Hiring, your job would involve identifying and sourcing top talent for Lamudi.
What a day at work for you will look like:

• You will maintain candidate database and keep them track of candidate information and maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
• You will source candidates and screening candidates with using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to find suitable candidates for open positions.
• You will work with internal team People Acquistion to manage the hiring process
• You will be the Interviewer candidates with conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.

Minimum Qualifications
Is it you?

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent communicator: Able to speak clearly and directly through a friendly tone which can convey respect and empathy.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field and mass hiring
• You should be comfortable with negotiating and contracts, as well as managing your own schedule and workload.
• Highly organized: successfully find productive ways in managing their own tasks
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• Can-do attitude: sees solutions and is able to act upon them
