We do all efforts of Marketing and Services to sell fuel or HSD (High-Speed Diesel) to Industrial Consumers and Marine.

About the roles
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our financial department and be part of our growing company. A good Finance Assistant must have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and strong organizational skills. They also must possess excellent mathematical abilities and have an understanding of data privacy standards. Most importantly, you have the passion to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Collecting review data for reports
- Assisting and working closely with senior accountant
- Managing invoices
- Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Updating financial records
- Create balance sheet
- Processing payments
Requirement & Skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Project management abilities, including multitasking, prioritization and deadline management
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Preferably have familiarity with accounting software (e.g. GF Accounting)
