Chief Financial Officer (Fractional)

Viridian Talent are excited to partner with a startup business who have developed a technology which has huge potential impact on end-of-life use of plastic and circular, regenerative agriculture. This system has received significant interest from investors and the business is involved in raising funds, opening facilities and scaling their solution.

To help them through this period, the leadership team have decided to add a Fractional CFO with experience of taking a pre-seed business through funding rounds to becoming financially independent. Additionally, the CFO will help to develop long-term budgets and forecasts, identify goals and milestones for future years and help to provide a clear financial picture for the company's investors.

The role will be paid a salary (negotiable based on experience and amount of time worked) plus equity and is expected to work around 10 hours/week. Ideally this person will be based in Bali, but the business will discuss alternatives for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to take on a side project or add to your existing fractional roles, make a huge difference with a business with high environmental impact, and potentially take on a full time role in the next 1-2 years if desired.
