E-Commerce Key Account Manager

Jet Commerce is a leading e-commerce ecosystem service company in emerging market countries in the Southeast Asia regions and Brazil. Jet Commerce assists brands and local sellers in growing their e-commerce businesses by providing end-to-end e-commerce solutions that prioritize the customer experience. In addition, Jet Commerce offers a variety of other services through its various business units, including Omnichannel System, Live Commerce, Warehousing and Fulfillment Service.

Jet Commerce currently operates in six Asian countries: Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, and many more to come.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Supervise purchase order.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
• Monitor effectiveness of marketing plan, content and design.
• Negotiating commercial deals on behalf of company's partner, Managing internal team but not limited to performance reviews also improving service level quality
• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies.
• Find more opportunities for brand to grow more in online market.
• Maintain relationship with brand & all e-commerce platforms.
• Daily platform monitoring.
• Ensure target achievement for brands.

WHAT WILL YOU NEEDS:

• Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
• Required Skill(s): sales, marketing, ecommerce operation
• Have excellent communication skills with English, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure.
• Advanced in Microsoft office (excel and power point) skills.
• Interested and passionate about e-commerce industry.
• Min. 3 years experiences in related fields.
• Familiar with e-commerce environment in local Indonesia, Tiktok is a plus
