Summary

As a Director of Marketing, you will head up the marketing team, be responsible for the development of marketing strategies and its implementation of marketing action plan in order to achieve (and exceed) hotel revenue targets and other KPIs. You maintain and enhance the brand positioning, maximize exposures in the market, develop Alila stories based on the brand philosophy and values, being the brand ambassador of Alila Seminyak.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• At least 5 years previous Marketing experience in a 5 star hotel / luxury resort
• Energetic with can-do attitude
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and use discretion in communication both internally and externally
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Having a structural and analysis thinking
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing Communications, and/or Business related
• Indonesian passport holders/WNI
• Able to work under pressure with face-paced working style in hospitality
• Ability to think proactively and take initiative/ownership of projects and tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
