What will you do?
A s the Solutions Engineer - Business Messaging, you will be responsible for the solutions engineering of W hatsApp and LINE Chatbots using ADA’s Business Messaging Platform . It’s your job to create custom chatbot flows for the LINE OA (Official Account) of Businesses , create customer chatbot flows for WhatsApp and coordinate with L1 & L2 support teams.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams located in different time zones.
• Customer engagement on requirement discussions, providing solution and estimations .
• Coordinate with external development teams to deploy features and bug fixes .
• Develop intuitive chatbot flows using the Business Messaging Platforms drag and drop flow creator and do the integration with 3 rd Party system.
• Coordinate with L1 and L2 support teams to debug production issues and resolve on given ETAs .
• Work with multiple stakeholders to transition data and knowledge and subsequently document it thoroughly .

What skills and experience you will need ?

• Chatbot development / CPaaS related industry experience is a plus .
• Familiarity with UX principles for creating delightful Customer Experiences favored .
• BSc in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience .
• Experience integrating REST API’s .
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including practices like CI/CD and Test-Driven Development ideal .
• Experience in developing web applications using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks like React.js, Redux, Styled Components, HTML5/CSS3 etc.
• Proven track record of delivering well-tested, high-quality, maintainable projects .
