Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and comfortable environment for students and parents.
  • Assist the Centre Manager in managing the daily operations of the Learning Centre.
  • Ensure safety and care of students.
  • Prepare reports using digital forms.
  • Attend, respond and manage customer inquiries and requests.
  • Front desk and administrative duties.


Requirements:

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year relevant work (full-time or part-time) experience.
  • Fresh graduates are preferred.
  • Can respond quickly to customers' requests and inquiries.
  • Candidate should possess a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills to grow professionally.
  • Possess digital marketing skills.
  • Must be highly profecient in digital literacy (Microsoft Office and other LMS platforms).
  • Must be willing to work retail hours (i.e. Saturday and Sunday until 6pm).
  • Preferable experience includes but is not limited to Education Centres, Sales, Customer Service, Retail; Food and Beverage.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Must love children, people-oriented, can work under pressure.
