Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and comfortable environment for students and parents.
- Assist the Centre Manager in managing the daily operations of the Learning Centre.
- Ensure safety and care of students.
- Prepare reports using digital forms.
- Attend, respond and manage customer inquiries and requests.
- Front desk and administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year relevant work (full-time or part-time) experience.
- Fresh graduates are preferred.
- Can respond quickly to customers' requests and inquiries.
- Candidate should possess a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Willing to learn and develop new skills to grow professionally.
- Possess digital marketing skills.
- Must be highly profecient in digital literacy (Microsoft Office and other LMS platforms).
- Must be willing to work retail hours (i.e. Saturday and Sunday until 6pm).
- Preferable experience includes but is not limited to Education Centres, Sales, Customer Service, Retail; Food and Beverage.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Must love children, people-oriented, can work under pressure.
