Customer Service Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Help the team to provide professional customer service support.
• Create reports using Word and Excel to collect data for analysis and reports.
• To perform shift work duties on a 24x7 basis from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
• Works on the weekend and helps on mega campaigns (i.e., 9.9, 10.10, etc.)
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Communicate and coordinate with the team as necessary.
• Answer customer calls, emails, and live chats

Requirements:

• Has experience in working with customer support and is customer-oriented preferred
• Bachelors Degree graduate
• Able to perform shift work duties 24x7 Monday to Sunday and public holidays and field work whenever necessary
• Final year students are also very welcome
