Job Description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:

- Menjawab panggilan telepon masuk, WhatsApp chat dan email pelanggan dengan baik

- Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan

- Mampu melakukan penanganan terhadap keluhan-keluhan pelanggan dan mencari / memberikan solusi terbaik

- Mampu membangun hubungan yang baik dengan internal departemen dan bagian eksternal di perusahaan

- Memahami produk / jasa perusahaan

- Memiliki kemampuan penanganan administrasi yang baik


PERSYARATAN:

- Minimal lulusan D3 (lebih diutamakan jurusan komunikasi)

- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Customer Service dan Contact Center

- Mahir berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan mampu beradaptasi menghadapi sifat pelanggan yang beragam

- Menguasai penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia dengan tata bahasa yang baik dan benar secara lisan dan tertulis

- Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa suatu masalah danproblem solvingyang baik

- Berpenampilan menarik, pekerja keras, disiplin serta memilikipersonalitydanintegrityyang baik

- Proaktif, inisiatif dan bersedia bekerja dengan shift

- Berorientasi kepada pelayanan pelanggan yang memuaskan

- Dapat bergabung secepatnya
