Job Description

Convergence is a BPO Company & CRM Agency currently seeking a CRM Manager. The details of the position are as follows:


  • Utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforces) to manage customers and attract new ones.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Collaborating with Partner Salesforces Consultants and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Managing the Loyalty Program.
  • Demonstrable CRM experience (2 years or more).
  • Developing innovative strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
  • Creating and implementing retention campaigns.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer data.
