Job Description

s

  1. Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
  2. Identify and develop relationships with a new prospective customer
  3. Manage the customer database and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  4. Develop and implement customer journey mapping to optimize the customer experience
  5. Achieve target revenue from retention


Requirement

  1. Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of CRM or related field
  2. Good working knowledge and understanding of customer journeys
  3. Have ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data and self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
