Sound communication and customer relationship management skills with positive attitude

Minimum 2 years of Supply Chain or Ecommerce experience

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to management

Initiate membership communications, including developing newsletter content, Whatsapp blasts, Email Blasts, event announcements, awareness of member benefits

Manage the customer database and ensure data integrity and accuracy

Develop and implement customer journey mapping to optimize the customer experience

Identify and analyze customer behavior to provide and develop lifecycle loyalty programs in all CRM platforms

Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any major, Preferably Management, Communication, or Marketing

Initiate membership communications, including developing newsletter content, Whatsapp blasts, event announcements, awareness of member benefits

3+ years of experience minimum as SPV CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation role, preferably experienced in B2C (Brand to Customer)

Experience in managing teams is a plus.

Have knowledge in the field of health products

Good working knowledge and understanding of consumer journeys and digital channel

Utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforces) to manage customers and attract new ones.

Collaborating with Partner Salesforces Consultants and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.

Demonstrable CRM experience (2 years or more).

Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.

Collecting and analyzing customer data.

Developing innovative strategies to meet customer needs.

Good knowledge of wealth management & investment products

Provide prudent financial advisory and investment solutions to meet the financial planning needs and requirements of UOB’s clients

Develop and deepen relationships with clients who have been assigned to you

Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients

Proven ability to exceed sales target

Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision

•Proficient in using software for data analysis and project management

•Analyze investment and funding proposal, has experience related to infrastructure projects will be advantage

•Min. 5 years related experience

•Good understanding related to credit structure and financial transaction

• Have the ability to analyze and good understanding related to financial report
