Job Description

:

  • Coordinate with the IT team for the development of the CRM system
  • Identify and implement new CRM tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Initiate membership communications, including developing newsletter content, Whatsapp blasts, Email Blasts, event announcements, awareness of member benefits
  • Identify and develop relationships with a new prospective customer
  • Manage the customer database and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to management
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
  • Develop and implement customer journey mapping to optimize the customer experience
  • Perform deep dives including full-funnel analysis, content effectiveness measurement, to improve the CRM team's effectiveness.
  • Provide analysis of existing programmatic and membership materials as well as membership retention rates and opportunities for improvement
  • Identify and analyze customer behavior to provide and develop lifecycle loyalty programs in all CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
