- Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and improve the effectiveness of digital CRM strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data from digital channels, including website interactions, email campaigns, social media engagement, and more, to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and comprehensible manner to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create and present regular reports on digital CRM performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Segmentation: Segment the customer base based on various attributes and behaviors to enable targeted and personalized communication strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and IT, to align CRM strategies and data analysis efforts.
- A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of different strategies and optimize customer engagement efforts.
- Data Privacy Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in handling customer data.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital CRM initiatives, such as email campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized offers, using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience: Prior experience in data analysis, digital marketing, CRM, or related roles within the fashion retail industry is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to process and interpret customer data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Digital CRM Tools: Familiarity with digital CRM tools, such as customer segmentation platforms, email marketing software, and data analytics platforms.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in data analytics, marketing, business, statistics, or a related field. Additional coursework or certifications in data analysis and CRM tools can be advantageous.
- Statistical Knowledge: Basic understanding of statistical concepts for analyzing customer behavior and drawing valid conclusions from data.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and technological advancements.
- Passion for Fashion: An interest in and understanding of the fashion industry can be beneficial for contextualizing data insights.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align data analysis efforts with broader business goals.
- Data Management: Proficiency in managing and manipulating large datasets using software such as Excel, SQL, or data analytics platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with using data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or others.
