What can you expect from the role?


  • Exposure to large stakeholders, internal and external

  • Gain a holistic visibility of supply chain dCommerce: plan-order-deliver-cash
  • Build expertise in execution and operational excellence
  • Become the Supply Chain business partner for customers and build the ability to put yourself in both business and customer perspectives, resulting in win-win situations.


M ain responsibility is to execute seamless dCommerce order to cash and improve service level through:


  • Rolling out dCommerce digitalization projects to customers
  • Collaborating with logistics team for seamless delivery and inbound process
  • Collaborating with Bill to Cash team for smooth billing to cash collection
  • Collaborating with Customer Service Operations team for smooth order management: order entry, order validation, allocation and shipment planning
  • Collaborating with Customer Development (CD) team to manage sales achievement and operational excellence
  • Proactive master data alignment with customers
  • Establishing and/or improving collaborative forecasting with customers, SNOP team, CD and Business Unit dCommerce team
  • Managing orders to be delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) with close communication with customers
  • Collaborating with Planning team to gain insight on stock availability and maximize fulfillment

  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business related fields
