Business Context and Main Purpose of Job
Dcommerce is a growing channel. Currently the supply chain operation is being done by different team. We need a dedicated resource who focus on holistic supply chain strategy and E2E capability building for d-commerce.
Main Accountabilities (ideally Max 10 Points)
Understand the requirement for the business
Develop Upperstream Solution

• MOQ strategy
• Source, copack, repack (make or buy)

Dcommerce-proof packaging : understand the requirement from customers and work with RnD / BU to develop the capability
Designing service model : eg if unit picking is required, if change on network required
Partnering with CD to construct and propose the right EOTTS
Dcommerce
Develop an integrated downstream solution from forecasting, order management, customer service, and logistic perspective that fit with Dcommerce future plan
