Our Customer Development team is embarking on an exciting journey, we are looking for an Assistant Visibility Manager who will be part of the MT CARE team.

What can you expect from the role?

• Build expertise in execution and operational excellence.
• Become a part of a high-energy team of Modern Trade - CARE, blending in a highly fast-paced environment.
• Gain a holistic visibility of the Modern Trade business.
• Exposure to large stakeholders, internal and external.

This role is accountable for end-to-end POSM in Hypermarket and Supermarket Channel from production to deployment by:

• Creating brand awareness through instore visibility
• Collaborate with BU & Channel development in developing POSM
• Monitoring full year budget & data Asset POSM
• Visibility management process to ensure M2S POs are generated accurately & POSM on time (request to delivery), according to visibility execution calendar
• Collaborate with procurement on managing suppliers and third parties' performance.

• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong in project management & data acumen
• Possess strong leadership skills.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in GT/MT/LMT
• Agile, proactive and curious.
• Strong commitment and results oriented.
