Content Planner - Mandarin Speakers

We are Meta Inertia Indonesia, a newly established startup. We owe or partner two big brands MOCO Fashion and Heris Softlens, which are the top 3 brands in their category on TikTok. Focusing on TikTok won't be enough for us, so here we are. We want to go further than we expected

Integrating the three key factors which are Chinese manufacturing, TikTok, and a native team, our vision is to build respectable brands that provide more high-quality products to people throughout Indonesia. Responsibilities

• Lead the content team and manage team productivity
• Creating a content pillar and content plan for TikTok and Instagram
• Optimize content strategies by analyzing data and competitors
• Writing video scripts across various platforms

Qualifications

• Fast-paced working adapted
• 3-year related working experience
• VERY fluent in Mandarin Speaking (Needed to copy China TikTok strategies)
• Fluent in English
