Strategic Media Planner Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate various media channels, including outdoor billboards, transit advertising, digital screens, and other OOH formats.
• Assist in the creation of media schedules, ensuring optimal placement and coverage for advertising campaigns.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging media platforms to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
• Do project management scheduling, project filing and data collection from other departments.
• Assist the media planning team in conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences and media trends.
• Collaborate with team members to develop media plans that align with client objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative and account management, to ensure smooth execution of media plans.
• Assist related departments on marketing projects’ field surveys and research for our asset portfolio.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to do fieldwork and on-ground marketing related activation projects.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or having recently completed a bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Having an imaginative creative mindset to optimize our team’s marketing strategies.
• Passion for media and advertising, with a keen interest in staying up to date with industry trends.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Have experience in administration/administrative things
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
