Responsibility :

1.Responsible for leading and managing the collection team to ensure the efficiency and performance targets of team members are achieved.

2.Responsible for developing and implementing effective collection strategies to improve the success rate of collection and reduce the risk of bad debts.

3.Communicate with client clients to understand their needs and expectations and adjust collection strategies according to their requirements.

4.Monitor the progress of collection activities to ensure that the collection process is carried out in accordance with standard operations and that collection targets are met.

5.Analyze collection data and develop predictive models and risk management plans to improve collection efficiency and reduce losses.

6.Train new employees and team members to improve their collection skills and expertise and improve the overall performance of the collection team.

7.Continuously optimize collection processes and strategies to improve collection efficiency and customer satisfaction and reduce the risk of bad debts

Qualifications

• Experience in Collection Company Will be plus
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management
• Presentation Skills
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in related area
• Mandarin speaking ability will be an advantages
• Fluent in English both writing and verbal
