Job Description
  • Secured loan|Experience handling Collateral Based Loan
About Our Client
One of P2P companies focusing in secured loan business

  • Manage daily operations, reporting and system in all activities are running properly and all reporting is delivered within SLA
  • Has knowledge on how to do proper collection process
  • Propose Capacity Plan of Team Leader and FC to ensure portfolio are handled effectively.
  • Experience in asset based lending collection
  • Monitor and review team's performance and create strategy to ensure field collection team meet their targeted result.
The Successful Applicant
  • Has previously worked in an agile working environment
  • Must have experience in B2B Collections.
  • Strong team player mindset by collaborating with other departments
  • Agile, self-motivated, well organised and energetic in driving change management
  • Min. 5 years of experience in collection department in Financial Services industry
  • Must be open for business trips around Indonesia to maintain collaboration with partners and clients
