Position Overview
As a Co-Founder responsible for Operations and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's success and growth trajectory. Your operational acumen and strategic vision will be crucial in ensuring the seamless functioning of the platform, as well as fostering valuable partnerships that drive our expansion.
What you'll be doing...

• Leveraging your understanding of Web3 dApps and their integration within layer 2 systems to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
• Collaborating with the existing team to shape the long-term vision and strategic direction of the company as a future leader in stock media.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal platform performance, user satisfaction, and efficient processes.
• Identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships in both the Web2 and Web3 spaces, aligning with entities that amplify reach and impact.
• Collaborating with marketing to elevate the brand, finding solutions that resonate with target audiences

What you'll need to bring to the table:

• Experience of working in a startup environment, taking ownership of tasks, and adapting to evolving challenges.
• Understanding of tokenomics, token-based incentives, and blockchain-based rewards systems.
• Proven experience in successfully managing day-to-day operations, including resource allocation and growth management.
• An interest in photography or film or media.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralised applications (dApps), and their integration within layer 2 systems.
• Track record of identifying, cultivating, and nurturing strategic partnerships within both the Web2 and Web3 landscapes.
