Job Summary:
The Curator & Content Admin for the LinkedIn Page "Project Management Indonesia" will be responsible for curating and managing content related to project management in Indonesia. This role requires a deep understanding of the project management industry and trends in Indonesia, as well as the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience. The Curator & Content Admin will work closely with the team to ensure that the LinkedIn page reflects the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts and influencers to ensure that the LinkedIn page is a reliable source of information for the project management community in Indonesia.
- Write and create engaging content, including articles, posts, and videos.
- Analyze page metrics and adjust content strategies as necessary to increase engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure that the LinkedIn page aligns with the overall marketing and communication strategy.
- Develop a content calendar and work with the team to ensure that content is delivered in a timely manner.
- Manage the LinkedIn page, including responding to comments and messages, and ensuring that all content is in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Curate and manage content related to project management in Indonesia for the LinkedIn page.
- Monitor industry trends and news to ensure that the LinkedIn page stays up-to-date with the latest developments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of project management and industry trends in Indonesia.
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation and management, preferably in the project management industry.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and measure page metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
