- Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams
- Coordinate the involvement of ARUNA personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
- Act as a liaison between ARUNA and assigned channel partners
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
- Builds relationships with e-commerce vendors to identify mutual opportunities with shared partners
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners
- Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
- Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
- Driven, highly motivated and results driven.
- Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B and or B2C sales in a channel model
- Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel.
- Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company’s travel policy
- Experience managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to vendor product
- Strong personal network within the industry.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and ARUNA's teams.
