Job Description


  • Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams
  • Coordinate the involvement of ARUNA personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Act as a liaison between ARUNA and assigned channel partners
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Builds relationships with e-commerce vendors to identify mutual opportunities with shared partners
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners
  • Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources


Requirement


  • Driven, highly motivated and results driven.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B and or B2C sales in a channel model
  • Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel.
  • Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company’s travel policy
  • Experience managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to vendor product
  • Strong personal network within the industry.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and ARUNA's teams.
