Job Description
  • Identifying new potential business opportunities and generating the most effective way to collaborate with new business partner
  • Managing and creating value in partnership among business unit within ecosystem
  • Conduct, analyze, and present market research trends in the market/industry to ensure thecompetitiveness of Order Online
  • Ensure all business cooperation with new business partner well-documented in a manner way
  • Ensure a good negotiation by sharing relevant data, information and presentations with potentialpartners
  • Create and execute innovative strategy by collaborating with other function
  • Maintaining good relationship with existing partners by offering new ways to grow each other business
  • Bring insight and perspective to increase product value, feature, improvement, etc.
  • Experience in manage & develop teams
  • Building, developing, and sustaining solid relationships with existing and potential business partner and stakeholder


Requirements
  • Min bachelor's degree form any major
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both internal / external stakeholders
  • Strong ability to adapt, and can handle ambiguities within a startup environment
  • Excellent communicator and can work well with cross functional teams
  • Having Ability to write and speak English
  • Proven leadership skills, team leader and team player
  • Have a strong track record of following through on tasks and closing deals
  • Accountable, Self-drive, good analytical skill
  • Having minimum 3 - 5 years as business development manager
