Brand Marketing Strategist Executive

Qualifications:

• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent understanding of KOL or Digital Strategic
• Bachelor's degree in any major with min. 1 year experience or internship in Beauty Brand, Consumer Goods, Marketing & Advertising, Retail, or related industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct presentations

Responsibilities:

• Design the 360-degree communication plan (ATL, BTL, Online)
• Maintain consistent tone & manner in all owned branding assets, including product brochures, website, office branding
• Conduct research & propose a refined communication plan for the corporate brand
• Create the long term brand plan & pitch external parties to support the plan (creative agency, media buying agency, etc.)
• Come up with action plans based on the research and trends
• Create campaign plan, KOL placements, brand ambassador, partnerships, and sponsorships
• Conduct offline activities & adhoc projects to support main objective
• Work closely with CEO & reporting to major shareholders in order to come up with a well-planned agency, etc.
• Work closely with Market Research Agency to provide data & insights for decision making
• Work closely with Marcomm department to align the website with overall brand guideline & strategies
• Work closely with Creative Agency, Media Agency, and Digital Agency to achieve the Brand Campaign objective(s) through end-to-end planning, including strategy for each channel, timeline, budgeting, execution, and regular evaluation
