Film Roxx is a video production company based in Bali, Indonesia.
We’ve produced videos for more than 50 clients around the globe, with 500+ videos being published so far. We've produced videos for many brands and Fortune 500 companies in Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, the UK, and the US.
But we ain’t gonna stop. Our goal is to create a sustainable and everlasting video production company and produce more impactful videos around the world.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO (Responsibilities):
- Responsible for understanding the customer's business needs and connecting them with the appropriate Film Roxx services.
- Pitch and closing on the spot to achieve sales targets.
- Maintaining relationships with clients including audit the engagement or impression on created video
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Generating prospect leads and follows up consistently.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Coordinate with the cross department about sales progress.
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Prospect & maintain relationships with clients (corporate / resort / restaurant / B2B Business / Brands)
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Make a report regularly about the sales process.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High agility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Neat and having a good manner.
- Willingness to learn new things, particularly in technology related to Video Production.
- Able to work in Jimbaran, Bali.
- Experienced in sales in any field, preferably in the creative industry.
- Diploma Degree, but preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good sense of humor - since we will laugh a lot.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
