Associate Project Architect Jobs

We are representing diversified business owners and are looking to expand our footprints in the Real Estate development sector.

• Create detailed plans for the construction project.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Consult with owners and shareholders to determine their requirements.
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
• Design and document commercial and residential building projects
• Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports.
• Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.
• Present drawings and plans for approval.
• Organize and manage permit documents, aide in the creation of TOR and BOQ

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Creative, responsible, independent, self-motivated, capable of teamwork.
• Experienced in preparing Terms of Reference (TOR) and Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
• Willing to undertake regular business trips
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud (including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and MS Office.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience with experience in developing architectural designs for hotel, shop-houses, and other commercial developments.
