Our Client from ๐๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฒ is looking for ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐๐ ( ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ) with the details:
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
1. Received order from customer
2. Coordinate with sales person
3. Printing delivery notes, invoices - tax invoices,
4. Place order to supplier,
5. Monitor incoming goods, monitor delivery of goods
6. Compile of delivery notes-invoices- tax invoices to be submit on time to customers
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
1. Graduated min D3 from any major
2. Having experience as admin staff at least 2 year
3. Willing to do overtime if needed
4. Tidy - proactive person
5. Able to communicate and writing in English
