Our History

Food Retail Indonesia is a F&B and Retail company specialising in fine dining and semi-fine dining concepts. We are established in 2020 as a startup splitt-off of our sister company, Ruangan Pendingin Indonesia (RPI), who specialises in the B2B space, primarily in seafood & frozen food. RPI's desire to grow in the B2C space, which is a not so familiar territory for them, along with the new waves that the F&B industry is facing, led to our funding with the idea of us being a more agile and digitally-literate entity. Our current brands are Sushi Masa, The Sixth, Nama Sushi, Ichiba Omakase.

What will you do?

• Check the stock of each warehouse on a regular basis.
• Ensure that products sent to suppliers are received by the relevant warehouse.
• Re-checking the shipping route letter with the receipt in the field.
• Receive a PO from the restaurant before the goods are sent.
• Make a PO to the supplier if the product is less than the restaurant usage.
• Ensure that the product ordered is in accordance with the restaurant's needs based on the restaurant's stock data.
• Ensure the allocation of ordered products.
• Provide confirmation of delivery to the logistics (accompanied by a letter of travel) and ensure the product is received.

Who are we looking for?

• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
• Understand how to analyze stock for orders
• Understanding the warehousing system
