Accounting Assistant Manager Jobs

Kopi Kenangan is currently hiring Accounting Assistant Manager that will in charge of planning, organizing and controlling accounting activities as company regulation and accounting principle, as well as analyze and ensure all company activities related to accounting has been recorded correctly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK, ISAK, IFRS), Financial Management & Report, and Audit System.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Have work experience in using SAP Accounting Software would be an advantage.
• Have work experience in Auditor / Consulting Companies would be preferable.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related field.
• 3 - 4 years work experience in related field.

Job Role:

• Provide financial and accounting Information to related external parties by assissting external consultant / parties in providing information and coordinating with related department in providing reports and data.
• Plan & Organize accounting daily activities and managing the monthly, quarterly, and annually closing activities.
• Analyzing the operational process and recommending the better Accoounting system improvement and evaluating working process.
• Prepare Accurate accounting Data & Reporting system.
• Assisting and supervising team members as well as evaluating the staff based on working performance and optimizing team to be more effective and efficient.
