Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Captured user’s feedback and align with product team to implement product improvements in business level
  • Identify opportunities and build cooperation with business partner
  • Overseeing end-to-end integration process and acting as the first point of contact by liaising with client's technical teams with an intermediate understanding of APIs
  • Develop a seamless onboarding process and customer journey’s best practice
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all areas of the business
  • Maintain active accounts through onboarding, resolving technical issues, product training, and communication in multiple ways
  • Create and develop a product handbook for merchant and internal stakeholders
  • Conducting monthly, quarterly, and yearly account activation reviews for all clients
  • Directly reporting to COO
  • Lead the account management team


Qualifications

  • Take a well-planned and organized approach towards all work that you do
  • Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over-conference calls
  • A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes
  • Optional - Able to understand APIs and explain in basic technical terms
  • Optional - have prior experience in the payments industry. This will be nice to have but is not necessary
  • Experience in leading teams as a team leader
  • Excellent time management skills and problem-solving
  • Have experience and passion in supporting and handling clients
  • Experience 2 – 5 years in account management and client relationship
  • Have a knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
  • Have strong administration skills and attention to detail
