Ability to facilitate and encourage strong collaborative practices.

TERADATA Workload Management review and provide improvements to DBA team (workload monitor, workload designer review of throttles/priorities/classifications/unclassified workloads)

6 years experience in Business Performance and Analysis (problem solving skills)

Experience in software engineering with relevant qualifications in IT field and methods including formal methods (e.g. Prince 2)

10 years experience in Business Systems Analysis and/ or Business, Data, Technical/ Enterprise Architecture

5 years experience in a relevant technical discipline

4 years experience in leadership

A design operations and program manager principal level role

Part of the central design organization consisting of three principal level program managers

At least 5 years of experience as designer or researcher

Proven track record of working with methods from domains beyond product research: Such as Customer Experience and Service Design

Proven track record of working with and presenting to senior level stakeholders, such as heads, VPs and C-levels

Ability to identify, initiate and drive your own tasks with minimal supervision and direction
