Principal Researcher Jobs

Your daily routine will be:

• The Principal Researcher is responsible for improving the quality, dissemination, impact and actionability of research produced by the product design team. They are also responsible for building bridges and aligning with the other teams in the organization that regularly collects customer insights: such as Marketing and CX.
• Part of the central design organization consisting of three principal level program managers
• A design operations and program manager principal level role

You will survive the job if you:

• Ability to identify, initiate and drive your own tasks with minimal supervision and direction
• Experience in using a multitude of methods for disseminating research insights to a heterogenous audience with varying levels of knowledge of research methods and varying levels of interest.
• Proven track record of working with and presenting to senior level stakeholders, such as heads, VPs and C-levels
• Exceptional relationship building skills. Ability to create and maintain relationships with senior (head/ VP) level stakeholders. Ability to muster resources as needed from peers and stakeholders to drive your initiatives
• Natural communicator: good at facilitating groups of people to work together, and in communicating central design initiatives to the team and our stakeholders
• At least 5 years of experience as designer or researcher
• Proven track record of working with methods from domains beyond product research: Such as Customer Experience and Service Design
