Daniel P. O’Reilly and Company (DPO&Co.) is a boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in rapidly delivering value to our clients. We engage with Private Equity firms and traditional corporate clients on projects similar to those at A.T Kearney, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, etc. The team spans globally with team members in Chicago, Puerto Rico, Denver, New Delhi, and Jakarta, Indonesia.

Foxhole Group is DPO&Co’s private investing arm and sister company aiming to unlock potential in lower middle-market businesses, mainly focusing on industrial manufacturing, distribution, and services sectors. We currently have 3 active investments with multiple bolt-ons for each platform and are actively looking for new investments.

Job description:

The Principal Investing Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Review CIM, assist in building financial models, and perform diligence quality checks based on preset criteria (e.g. revenue, EBITDA, location, growth, market competitiveness, etc.)
• Support Principal Investing team and portfolio company management in updating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for shareholder meetings
• Performs pre and post-acquisition research and analytical work e.g. market study and due diligence analyses on the target company
• Source and review the potential list of new acquisitions for internal DPO&Co
• Support continuous improvement process by identifying and suggesting changes

Key Qualifications / Experience:

• Basic financial knowledge and skills
• Strong communication and English proficiency – able to communicate in a full English environment
• Experience in data visualization tools, such as MS Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines from a top-tier university

• Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience (exceptional fresh graduates are welcome) - experience in PE/VC or any other investment-related jobs is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiarity with MS Office suite; high proficiency in Ms. Excel
• Available to join ASAP
• Ability to multitask and organize between projects, and work under pressure

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills to help other team members solve problem
