Have Experience as Trade Marketing Manager / Non Field Sales Operation / Principal Management min 4 years

Have knowledge about Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Market Landscape Analysis

Ensure agreed KPIs achievement of each Principals by working together with internal and external

Identify and share multichannel opportunities with principals to help principal create plan across channels

Enable excellent execution of deployed activities via robust monitoring and review (Principal lense)

Gatekeeper overall SNS capacity to ensure Principal giving activities within capacity and OTIF

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Principal Management / Non field Sales Operation

Specific Knowledge/Skill = Planning Skill, Organization Skill, Analytical Skill, leadership skill

4+ years' of relevant work experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Support and co-lead Joint Business Plan process with Principal

Identify and share multichannel opportunities with principals to help principal create plan across channels

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Support less experienced consultants through mentoring and project based development and coaching.

Work with KF industry leaders to develop and customize offerings within a service line and targeted at a particular industry.

Has an in-depth understanding of clients/industries supported and apply business offerings at the senior level.
