Having experience as a Vendor Management in a Logistic Trucking company is prioritized

Having good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Manage partner trucking/vendors to meet various needs of different projects

Having great skills in English is an advantage

Negotiate with trucking partners/vendors to fulfill projects

Track, analyze, and report the performance of trucking partners/vendors

Manage and tracking maintenance, insurance, and licensing of Information Technology asset.

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Information Technology vendor, procurement, and basic accounting.

Minimum 2 years basic knowledge in Ms. Office.

Have working experiences in Data Analytics, IT Budget and Vendor Selection will be advantages.

Prepare all purchase request related with Information Technology.

Provide recommendations on company purchases of Information Technology Equipment (end to end process).

Knowledge of contract management principles, including contract negotiation, drafting, and administration. Familiarity with legal and commercial terms, SLAs, and contract compliance.

Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management principles, and vendor management practices.

Familiarity with vendor evaluation, selection, and performance management processes

Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships, preferably in a relevant industry or domain.

Responsible for sorting out the resources of various suppliers to find the best price

Familiarity with sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation techniques, and contract negotiation.

Computer skill (Microsoft office: Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio)

Presentation skill for reporting of progress status and data analysis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Provide weekly report on each contract progress

Liaise with internal stakeholder (procurement, legal, business user) and 3rd parties to complete the process

To Support General Affairs Activist

Knowledge of contract management principles, including contract negotiation, drafting, and administration. Familiarity with legal and commercial terms, SLAs, and contract compliance.

Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management principles, and vendor management practices.

Knowledge in Fiber network and management.

Very good experience in dealing with vendors with negotiation and decision-making skills.

Facilitates, manages, track and maintain task assignment with vendors for the ISP/Telco’s field survey.

Manage multiple vendors for the daily operations of an auditing fiber network and the health of the fiber.

Negotiating scope, task assignment and creating standards for the vendors.

Menyusun laporan penggunaan Capex & Opex secara periodik

Cascading anggaran per unit kerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan

S1 diutamakan jurusan Ekonomi, Manajemen, Akuntansi, Teknik Industri

Menguasai Microsoft excel tingkat advanced

Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control and defect management

Min. 1 year experience in related field

Extensive knowledge of Software Testing Principle & Methodology, Software Testing Automation, System Design & Programming Language

Have skills Analytical & Problem Solving, Attention to detail, Communicative & Collaborative

Have good communication skills (Indonesia & English), both verbally and in writing

Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage

Experience in handling vendor management, contract negotiation, also procurement policies

Another duties as requested by the Manager

Hold bachelor degree (S1) from any related major

Proficient in English, both in written and oral

Developing and implementing vendor selection program

Monitoring and assess vendor’s performance

Provide input for the business requirements or feature for the development of vendor management application and related IT tools

Lead the vendor management team to onboard, educate, engage and tracks field operations of individual or team of service providers

Determine vendor operation strategy by conducting consumer needs and vendor capability assessments, service level expectations and costs/benefits analysis

Organize the development of training material and programs for service providers including technical skill, service standard, application tutorial and documentation

Experience in home improvement, real estate, online service booking platform or related businesses

Experience in leading and building a team
