Collaborates with Construction and Commissioning Managers to understand construction sequence and upcoming areas for pre-commissioning, commissioning, completion, and turnover.

Level of interaction: Often collaborates with managers and/or functional or site leaders and has some interaction with external colleagues.

Managerial responsibility: Manages supervisors or mid-level professional individual contributors.

Experience with project commissioning planning on mining smelting process facilities projects and/or same experience in heavy industrial projects.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Develops completion/turnover schedules, plans, and procedures and conducts punch list inspections.

Experience with a customs broker, freight forwarder or company with international trade preferred;

Have educational background minimum Bachelor degrees in logistics or equivalent;

Have working experiences minimum 10 years in Customs in aviation industry;

Customs Course - Certificate is advantage;

Degree qualified, preferably within Logistics or International Business;

Plans, implements and monitors, in conjunction with other member of the Human Resources Division both General/Core and Management Training.

Assist the Human Resources Manager to monitor the management training programmers of the hotel.

Organize at least 3 Certification Graduations within a year (includes certificate production)

Organize the departmental re certification program to ensure every re-certification program run effectively

Advises the Human Resources Manager of any new support material that would be beneficial to the hotel.

Has Experience in a similar position at 5-star Resort

• Bachelor Degree or Above Majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Other Relate Major

• Min. 3 Years Experience with the Same Position in Hospitality Industry

• Strong Leadership, Knowledge, Analytical, and Strategic Thinking

• Familiar with Training Online Platforms, Systems, and Reporting

• Proactive, Self-Driven, Goals & Details Oriented

• Be Committed to Delivering a High Level of Customer Service, both Internally and Externally

Have experience in setting up modules related to Food and Beverage and SOP

Enthusiastic, spontaneous, emphatic, and a strong team player

Plan monthly Department trainer meetings to review the operational department training needs

Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organizations mission and vision.

Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters.

Develops specific training to improve service performance.

Verifies that management and non-management training programs are conducted in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Uses effective training methods to ensure employees have a good understanding of guest satisfaction and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills.

Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals and/or managers.

Supports or oversees Learning Coordinator responsibilities to support the hotel’s learners

Understands role and functionality of the digital learning platform, including impersonation, assignments and reporting capabilities.

Delivers training to promote transfer of knowledge according to program learning objectives.

Manage the Training Department budget, optimizing development costs and planning

Have experience in conducting and give training about make up

Develop the market strategy for training in consistency with Marketing & Sales objectives

Enable execution of training programs in line with the company’s training objectives

Conduct orientation session and arrange on-the-job training for new hires

Conduct and arrange for monthly product and service training for store staff

Reports results of evaluations to appropriate Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners)

Participate in quality task forces with Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners)

Should manage a team of 8-10 QA team effectively and for process improvement.

Maintains strong program knowledge base; basic understanding of client products, services and/or program strategies.

Meet departmental productivity requirements (e.g. number of calls monitored per month, number of emails evaluated, etc.)

Should have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Word and Excel)
