Key Requirements:

1. Have educational background minimum Bachelor degrees in logistics or equivalent;
2. Have working experiences minimum 10 years in Customs in aviation industry;
3. Have certification regarding:

• Customs Course - Certificate is advantage;
• Experience with a customs broker, freight forwarder or company with international trade preferred;
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity with a commitment to compliance with domestic and foreign laws and regulations;
• Degree qualified, preferably within Logistics or International Business;
• Available to work extended hours.
• Understanding or international trade and customs processes;

Key Responsibilities:

1. Check and respond to email request/ questions regarding the delivery and planned arrival of aircraft for maintenance;
2. Monitor and cover shipment notification emails for imported goods;
3. Apply IT inventory to approve and realize all import and export documents;
4. Handling problems and serving those that arise regarding PLB or customs officers;
5. Controlling and managing the team;
6. Make inbound documents for imported goods (BC 1.6);
7. Controlling and responding to incoming emails from customers or from vendors to arrange delivery;
8. Make requests for quotations to freight forwarders, at the request of procurement or customers for all imported shipments;
9. Control and communication by third parties (HDL, FEDEX, and FF) on demand;
10. Processing customs clearance of imported goods;
11. Make outgoing documents between PLB (BC 2.7);
12. Serve customs and excise officers and respond if there are obstacles in hangar customs officers.
