A leading bakery and pastry brand in Bali with several locations in Bali is looking for a talented Training Manager to help the company improve its employee's development to achieve the highest standard of service.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources or related professional area; certified trainer. or
- Max. 45 years old.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of training programs, training needs analysis, development assessment tools, training effectiveness measurement, industrial manufacturing general processes, and relevant topics including managing audits
- Pro-active, communicative, and disciplined.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.
- Enthusiastic, spontaneous, emphatic, and a strong team player
- Master in Psychology, or
- Have experience in setting up modules related to Food and Beverage and SOP
- Develops specific training to improve service performance.
- Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organizations mission and vision.
- Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters.
- Implement product knowledge assessment to maintain a high level of product knowledge throughout the property Create a Talent pool of High potential from the Annual Performance Appraisals Develop Succession plans for the Talent Pool with the Department Heads and monitor progress based on goals Prepare the yearly.
- Plan monthly Department trainer meetings to review the operational department training needs
- Provides support to the leadership team and their departments on all Quality improvement activities operational training requirements and career development programs for all colleagues to improve.
