Effective time management and task prioritization skills.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in HR administration will be considered a positive factor.

Perform administrative tasks to support operational activities in the HR department.

Ensure proper filing of administrative data in accordance with company procedures.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

Proficiency in using training software and learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.

Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.

Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design techniques.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

4 Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

Prior experience with Learning Management Systems is a must.

Collect data for additional training requirements from Training Manager based on ground needed

Manage attendance list for classroom training

Manage bi-weekly meeting with AC, FC, and MJ

1 year experience in support and reporting
